PT Gaming Review 2026: We Tested the Former PlayTime Casino
PT Gaming is the new name of PlayTime. We tested the casino on an Android phone using our own money to see how registration, KYC, GCash payments, games, and customer support worked.
We deposited ₱500 through GCash, completed KYC, played six different games and made a ₱100 withdrawal. The payment side went pretty smoothly. Our deposit appeared almost immediately, KYC took around five minutes, and the withdrawal arrived within a few minutes.
There were a few things we didn’t like, for example, their crowded dashboard. Finding games could be easier, reaching a live support agent involved too many steps, and we couldn’t find some of the responsible-gambling controls PT Gaming says it provides.
First, What Happened to PlayTime Casino?
PlayTime Casino has been around for a while, but suddenly we started seeing the name PT Gaming everywhere. Why?
In December 2025, PlayTime announced a restructuring. The company created PlayTime Entertainment to expand into other areas of digital entertainment. At the same time, their casino business became PT Gaming.
While there is a business reason for the company, for players there are more practical questions: Are you using the right website? Does your old account still work? And is the new casino any good?
Let’s find out.

Is PT Gaming Licensed by PAGCOR?
PT Gaming used to be called PlayTime Casino. The company behind it is Playmate Leisure Solutions Corp.
PT Gaming is listed in PAGCOR’s directory. The latest PAGCOR registration records identify ptgaming.ph as its main domain (with ptgaming.com.ph also listed).
This is an important piece of information. The name change created some confusion about which website to use, and there’s been a lot of talk about it on social media and some fake websites floating around.
Registration and KYC Experience
Creating an account was easy. We didn’t run into any errors during registration. PT Gaming asked for OTP (SMS) verification and then the KYC.

Our verification was completed in about five minutes. The KYC experience is one of the fastest in our casino tests. We didn’t have to contact customer support or resubmit documents during the process.

We Deposited ₱500 Through GCash
We deposited ₱500 through GCash. The money appeared in our PT Gaming balance pretty much immediately. We didn’t experience any errors, additional verification requests, or delays.

PT Gaming also displayed Maya and bank transfers through InstaPay as deposit options. We didn’t test those, so we can’t say whether they work as quickly as GCash.

We Withdrew ₱100
After playing, we tested a ₱100 withdrawal. The money arrived within a few minutes. Our tester recorded the request and receipt during the same 6:41 PM minute, although another note estimated the processing time at approximately two minutes.
KYC had already been done before we requested the withdrawal. We didn’t experience a rejected transaction, a request for additional documents, or missing funds. Of course, this was a small withdrawal. It doesn’t mean that every PT Gaming withdrawal, especially a bigger one, will be processed at the same speed.
The Games We Tested
We played six games to see how they worked on Android.
Wild Bounty
We played around 50 spins at ₱2 and tried a ₱150 Feature Buy. The bonus gave us a few good hits, and we received about ₱360 back from the ₱250 we put into the game. That left us around ₱110 ahead, so this one actually turned out pretty well!
The game and bonus feature worked without technical problems.

Wild Ape
We completed around 70 spins at ₱2 spending ₱140 in the session. We only got around ₱58 back and never triggered the free spins. It was a little disappointing because, but luck just wasn’t on our side.
The game itself ran normally.
Piñata 1000
We played around 100 spins at ₱2 and managed to trigger the free-spin feature, which gave us a few nice multipliers and brought the total return to about ₱420. Finishing ₱220 ahead was a nice surprise, especially after not having much luck with Wild Ape!
Everything loaded and played correctly.
Tongits
We played five ₱20 games. Won two games and lost three, finishing around ₱20 down.
The game itself ran without any technical issues.
Pusoy
We played six ₱20 rounds, won four rounds and lost two, ending about ₱40 ahead. It wasn’t a huge win, but still nice to finish this part of the test with a profit.
Again, no crashes or errors.
Color Game
We played three ₱30 rounds (put it all on red and never won a single round!!!).
The game worked, but we had to rotate the phone to make it fit the screen, which felt awkward.

We won on some games and lost on others.
Don’t use those results to judge the casino because a short playing session doesn’t tell you if you are likely to win or lose. The useful finding was that all six games worked without technical problems.
Game Selection and Website Experience
PT Gaming offers lots of games. The search bar made finding specific games easy. The problem was the layout. There are too many tabs and categories, which makes the dashboard confusing and crowded (more crowded than the other casinos we tested).

Games also weren’t clearly organized by provider. We couldn’t simply open a JILI or PG Soft section and browse the games from that developer. This isn’t a dealbreaker if you already know what you want to play. But if you’re new to the platform and just want to browse, the menus could be frustrating.
The technical performance was good, though. We didn’t experience crashes, major lag, or broken games during our test.
PT Gaming Bonus and Cashback
During our test, PT Gaming displayed a 1.5% cashback promotion and a first-deposit offer.
After depositing ₱500, we received an additional ₱100 in bonus funds. That’s a nice boost!
The bonus amount alone doesn’t tell the whole story though. Promotional funds usually come with wagering or playthrough requirements that the balance that’s eligible for withdrawal. So always check the promotion rules before accepting an offer, especially if you plan to withdraw winnings.
Customer Support
PT Gaming’s support chat initially connected us to an AI chatbot. It answered easy FAQ questions almost immediately, which was helpful.
Getting through to a person was really dififcult. We were asked to complete an additional form before speaking with a live agent.

Our tester didn’t want to complete the form, so we can’t give PT Gaming a verified human-support response time. Remains to be seen how quickly a real support representative would help with something serious like a missing deposit or an account verification problem.
Responsible Gambling Tools
This was one area where we had questions.
PT Gaming says it provides responsible gambling options such as deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. However, when we checked our account, we couldn’t find an option to set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit ourselves.
That doesn’t mean the control doesn’t exist. It may be just located somewhere else, or require contacting support. But a tool designed to help players manage their spending should be easy to find.
We’d like PT Gaming to make these settings more visible and better explain how to activate them.
Problems We Found With PT Gaming
We didn’t encounter any big payments or technical failures. Our concerns were mostly about usability and transparency.
The dashboard felt crowded, games weren’t grouped by provider, and reaching a live support agent required an additional form. We also couldn’t find the advertised deposit-limit setting.
The transition from PlayTime to PT Gaming is not very well explained and feels confusing for returning players. It adds another step (checking tPAGCOD records to find out which domain is legit) and gives a shady vide to the whole thing when you try to log in for the first time.
On the positive side, we didn’t see any failed deposits, rejected withdrawals, missing balance, KYC rejections, game crashes, or account restrictions. Smooth experience on the tech side, in other words.
- KYC took around five minutes.
- All six tested games worked without major technical problems.
- The search bar helped us find specific games.
- Scatter and Filipino games ran properly on Android.
- Our ₱500 GCash deposit appeared almost instantly.
- The ₱100 withdrawal arrived within a few minutes.
- The dashboard feels crowded.
- Games could be grouped more clearly by provider.
- Reaching a human support agent requires extra steps.
- Responsible-gambling controls need to be easier to find.
- The PlayTime-to-PT Gaming transition could be explained more clearly.
- Some games, particularly Color Game, could work better on mobile.
What about Vic Sotto, Heaven Peralejo and PlayTime’s Showbiz Connections?
PlayTime didn’t exactly keep a low profile before becoming PT Gaming. The brand became famous through endorsements by Vic “Bossing” Sotto and Heaven Peralejo.
Playtime also got involved in Philippine beauty pageants, including Binibining Pilipinas. And then there was the Miss Universe 2025 controversy in the Thailand.
For now, it looks like PT Gaming is keeping its connection to Vis Sotto and Heaven Peralejo who helped to promote PlayTime, although it’s less clear if the company will be continuing the same level of celebrity activity overall.
Final Opinion on PT Gaming
PT Gaming performed well during our test. Registration was easy, KYC took around five minutes, and both our ₱500 GCash deposit and ₱100 withdrawal went through quickly.
We also played six games without running into crashes or other technical problems. Our biggest complaint was the dashboard. There are too many tabs and categories, making the website feel more crowded than it needs to be. We could still find and play the games we wanted, but browsing could be much easier.
We also had a couple of questions about customer support and responsible-gambling tools. Reaching a live agent is kind of difficult, and we couldn’t find the advertised deposit-limit controls during our test.
Would we use PT Gaming again?
Probably. Overall, PT Gaming left a good impression. There’s room to improve the user experience, but we didn’t encounter any major problems with registration, payments or gameplay itself during this session.
